Naturals, How often do you update in your fotki?

I have been updating every month but I dont want to update that much next year because I dont think that I have enough growth to show in a months time. I was just wondering how often everyone else was updating. Thanks in advance.

Once ever three months or so I take update pics. I take new pics for styles more often then that, but for length checks about once every three months.

Depends on how busy I am. Lately, I've been updating every three months. For the first year of my fotki, I updated every month.

My fotki is less than a year old; and I wil be doing my first hair growth length check in January 08. But I post new hair pics when ever I style my hair and it looks really cute to me.

I am horrible with updating - I had a 5 1/2 month hiatus up until last month - so I am working on adding pics at least monthly. I am also working on adding weekly journal posts in addition to the pictorials

ETA: I will begin measuring my hair monthly to see if my hair is actually growing 1/2 inch per month as it should be. I am also considering buying the shirt from dontspeakdefeat - that would save me so much time!

i update often. i like to keep track of styles that look awight, growth, etc.

i usually come up with something new once a week or so and i like to "remember" how i did it and i share it.

i have fun with my album!

sidenote: once i get to my length goal, my roll's gonna slow waaaay up

I update all the time. My updates are not necessarily for growth comparisons. I like to document the styles that I do. Like Lynnie said it is fun.

But I think I am going to start every 3 months. That is my goal.

If there is a look or style I feel like capturing I will go for it.

I update mine very often, at least twice a month. For 2008 I will not be updating that often. I think you can really see the changes when you update less.

When I first went natural I was obsessed with new styles and taking pics, but now my hair is basically in a bun 99.9% of the time so I figure no one really wants to see pics of that. I also don't get much traffic to my album, so I don't see the point in constantly updating...

Hey, ay- your hair is looking great. I agree wash in gos are redundant and don't show lenght. I am tempting to start getting my hair press at least once or twice a month.

I am ashamed to say this, but I don't update very often at all. I could, but I just haven't. Eventually, I will. I have tons of photos over the last 3 years of my hair and stuff. I'll put it up one day!!
