Well, I make sure I only apply my moisturizer to my ends-I use Elasta QP Mango and Olive oil butter-it doesn't make my hair too greasy(I hate that heavy look) and for the rest of my hair I apply a glosser and wrap my hair at night ALWAYS!

Oh, and I makesure I don't sweat too much because my hair will start getting frizzy! Other than that, making sure you use humidy blocking products when preping your hair for straightening is a must.

I moisturize with coconut oil daily, and I also make sure when I'm not out and about, I keep my hair pulled back into a large bantu knot bun. This keeps my hair pulled taut and I think keeps it straight. When I undo the bun, I'm left with soft waves.
