naturals: how did you get through your first winter

youu ladies have beautiful hair.
for all you that said you did braids, i think thats one of the best ways to protect the hair whether its with extentions or not.
im going back to braids tomorrow after i do a much needed deep treat with heat.

Since Ive been in twist its been a great winter so far. I havent had problems with dry hair yet. I havent been cowashin as often as I did summer/fall but my hair still feels moisturized. My hair tends to slow down on growth during the winter so I am focusing more on juicing, eating the right foods, and vitamins. I want big hair by my birthday!!!
