I just washed and detangled my hair. Its in 7 or 8 dookie braids air drying. Tomorrow I want to put it in a donut bun. I wore this bun last week but I couldnt manage to get all the hair to lay down nice and pretty. I want it to look sleek and I dont want to look like I have a hump in the top of my dome. Ya'll know what I'm talking about? What do I do? Help a sista out! TIA!

When I want my hair to airdry flat I airdry in a pony tail. Just add your leave ins, and pull it back, into a pony tail. Dont make the holder too tight or it wont dry as quickly. I comb thru the hair hanging out, divide it into two pieces and twist it. You could also braid it, but twisting leaves it smoother with out all the crinkly waves.

Thanks. I'll take these braids out of the front and top and twist them instead. Then I think I may band them.

Brush your hair down with water and some mild gel, put it in a ponytail (loose), and wear a scarf over it over night.
