I shower in the morning because I think my curls look best when I apply product to it soaking wet. Sometimes I'll blow dry it with a diffuser but when I don't have time I'll just walk out with my hair still wet. I don't really wanna do this now that its getting cold. Has anyone found products that consistently gives you second day hair? I would love to not have to wet my hair every morning! I thought I found a product that gave me second day hair but I think that was just a lucky day, lol. It hasn't been consistent...:ohwell:

Kinky Curly Curling Custard gives me great 2nd day hair. Same as MeccaMedinah...steam from the shower is all I need with a little fluff and go.

I will be moving to KCCC, but right now Smooth and Shine CAG with Jane Carter Condition and Sculpt gives me second day hair.

S Curl activator spray. Actually my hair looks better on day 2 and 3 than it does on wash day. I usually don't need to reapply the product after day 1. All I do is baggy at night after plaiting my hair. Then in the AM undo plaits and comb and my curls pop! And the same on day 3...then I wash my hair and the cycle repeats. That's when I'm wearing my hair out.

When in twists, I usually dunk them in an ACV solution or CW and let them drip dry, if planning to wear them down (WNG sorta thing)...because this makes them hang down straight (I prefer that to the wiggly look). Otherwise, I usually style them in way that doesn't show their wiggly shape and one dunk the bangs, if wearing some. (You can see the wiggly shape of the ones in the back that were not dunked below.)

ETA: I don't use products on my hair when wearing twists.
