I did hear back from Padrica and she said the product had melted. She also apologized for all of the problems I had to go through and is sending me an 8oz jar of the Juicy. So, I am now a happy camper . I don't like having to post about negative service; hopefully this is the end of this saga .

My product looked kinda like Coffee's product when it arrived. I thought that it just melted at first, but wondered where the heck the rest of the oil went. There was seriously just a few drops of oil in there and some butter on the edges. I'm not crazy about the smell of the product and I put some in my hair when I received it and no thanks. I'm calling this a loss and not buying from folks that I'm not familiar with anymore.

That's exactly how my ONE jar looked. Still waiting to recieve the other jar I bought and PAID for that was not shipped with my order. SMDH
