Natural 4a/4b regiman needed

Hello. I need a regiman for my TWA. I already have tried 2 from the board. Not really feeling it yet. I need as many as possible I probably will try each out for 2 months. Maybe I need more patience.

I think you answer your own question. I'm not a natural so I can't recommend any products but you keep your regimen as simple as possible.

but how about a moisturizer after doing a conditioner wash....and maybe an oil to seal in ur moisturzer but not alot...do all of this on wash day...

apply moisturizer in between washes as needed....

cant name product brands with no hair type listed...and not knowing what u have already used

When I had a twa I cw'ed every day and put mango butter on it.

currently my regimen is:
cw daily apply luqix & scurl
deep condition once a week w/steam for 15-20 minutes

my goal in 2006 is to keep it simple

I think you have to decide what you want you main goal to be like Enchantmt said. I have different regimes for different purposes. Also know that it might take you some time to find or develop the right one for you and as your hair gets longer you may have to tweak it a bit. My regimen is in my album to get an idea of what I'm doing now (it changes depending on the season).

Conditioner wash regim

Conditoner wash with Pantene, Trader Joes Conditioner or Jason Conditioner.
Rinse hair. Shake out some of the water and towel dry enough so it is not dripping wet.

Add in a leave in conditioner or a conditioner

Add in EP Mango Butter

Sometimes I add in a hair oil like Jojoba

Add my gel to set my curls. I use Fantasia IC or S Curl.

I just started a new one and I kind of like it. I cowash every other day with Mane and Tail Conditioner. I then put and MTG mix on my scalp, and rub in Sta-Sof-From Get. On the days that I don't wash. I spray my scalp with an herbal solution and put the MTG solution on my scalp.
