I have had firzzy ends and have used everything for frizz. Tonight I put some olive oil on my hair is the frizz was gone. I have also found my hair does not like condish put on it dry. Other benefits I found while researching:

We all have had those days when your hair is impossible to comb or just too Frizzy or Static. An olive oil hair conditioner for half an hour will work wonders. Not only does it condition, but it also gets rid of the frizz and it is anti static.

Extra virgin Olive Oil has a high level of mono-unsaturated fatty acids and antioxidant vitamin E that moisturizes, protects and nourishes. It makes your hair grow stronger and can be kept in a longer hairstyle
without a must to cut. It is very beneficial for dry, damaged, or split hair. What to do against oily hair?

gets rid of lice
not greasy

This is my staple oil from now on! Any1 one else hair don't like condish and have a great staple oil.

Note if your hair is relaxed or naturl. I am relaxed. I am gonna try this as my hot oil treatment once a week.:lick:

I mix it with my DC along with wheat germ oil. I plan on steaming with just oils one day to see what that's like. I don't wear my hair out anyway since I'm transitioning so i won't actually see a "difference' per say in my hair.

I've found olive oil to be the best detangler around. Works better than anything else I've used to get out the knots.

i've mixed olive oil and coconut oil in a spray bottle and spritz during the day when my hair feels blah.
Feels great and I've noticed my transitioning hair looks a lot healthier.

I use it for hot ooil treatments and to mix in my relaxer. But the greatest benefit I've had with olive oil is for my skin.

Olive oil for sealing ends
Overnight moisturizing and makes for easy detangling when left on for a couple hours
Also gives my hair a shiny gloss
Mix in anything for extra moisture
I love my evoo Can u tell

I love olive oil. I use it for my hot oil treatments all the time.

It doesn't do anything for my frizz though.:ohwell:

I plan to add some olive oil to my DC tonight!

I love EVOO, it's a staple for me. I use it exclusively for detangling. I'll put it on as the main ingredient for my pre-poo mixture and my hair just melts under running water. Great for stretching! I've treated EVOO as a HOT, or for oil rinsing, but it's all the same for me, because either way I end up detangling/pre-pooing with it.

I only use it straight when my hair is saturated just out of the shower. Other than that I make a home-made mixture of EVOO and EVCO. I find it makes detangling wet hair sooo easy.

I also have a mixture on Evoo and Evco that I use as a prepoo treatment and I squirt on my new growth with my DC. It keeps my ng soft and flat, and easier to detangle. I also use this mix to seal daily.

Recently, I've been adding EVOO to some of my DC Treatments. It's winter. The Air is Dry (both Inside & Out).

And Olive Oil is one of the Oils that Penetrate the Hair Shaft. So, it's been a great Addition to my Weekly Deep Conditioning Treatments.:lick:

It's definitely a must have, if you are looking for an oil that Penetrates. You have 3: Olive, Coconut and Avacado.............
