I swear I looked at that first part and was like "Huh? What is she asking here?" LOL
I use GNC's MSM 1000 mg. Take one twice a day. Haven't noticed a difference with my hair since I just started them back up again but I do have the first issue for sure (and the sisters weren't small before that either.) I didn't know it was a side effect until after the fact.

I take these: GNC MSM 1000. If I had know about that side effect beforehand I might not have started them but they are great for the joints (that's why I started them to begin with.)

I've been taking NOW brand powder MSM 3600 mg (1 tsp) per day since Christmas Eve. Hubby started noticing fuller breasts within 1 month and I eventually had to go out and purchase new bras. I went from a D to a DD cup. And those bras are even feeling a little small.

Now he ensures that I take my MSM daily... even going so far as to take it out for me so that I don't forget. LoL I wasn't expecting the boob growth AT ALL cause I'm over 30, I should be finished growing.

I dunno about hair growth. It is supposed to help with nutrient absorption, joint problems and menstral cramps so I've been looking forward to those things.

Wow, I was wondering if anyone else went up a cup size. Was too scared to ask. Mine fit really snug so it might be time to move up one. *sigh* But I don't wanna! It is already hard enough to find cute/sexy bras with my cup size and band and I flat out refuse to wear grandma looking undergarments!

Ummmm Im going to have to stop taking my msm because my boobs are big enough as it is I take like 3 tbsp of Now Powder a day for skin tightening and hair benefits. It tastes like crap but I like it better than the trimedica because the powder is more fine.
