Go to "User CP". Near the bottom of the menu is a hyperlink for "Request Username".

how can i see the status of a name change or if its been approved or denied? i submitted a name change and nothing happened.

The name changes. Sometimes you will get a PM as well letting you know that you can only do ONE name change always and forever so it better be a good one. Took about an hour for my name change to occur.

so what do i have to do to get my name change approved? this thread was all the way in april and i never liked this username to begin with.

I tried to change my username using the link in user CP and nothing has happened so far. I don't know whether doing it through that link even works. I PMed a mod yesterday and I saw she was online yesterday but haven't got a response from her yet either.

How long does it take for the request to be accepted (or rejected)? Although, I don't see why mine should be rejected seeing as I've never changed my username before.
