NAIL GROWTH VS. HAIR GROWTH, ARE THEY EQUAL AS FAR AS RATE?

ANYONE KNOW THIS? MY NAILS ARE SUPER LONG AND STRONG. I HAVE INCREASED MY BIOTIN, AND HAVE BEEN REALLY DISCIPLINE WITH TAKING MY OTHER VITAMINS. EVEN WHEN I WAXED TODAY, I NOTICED THE HAIR'S WERE MUCH LONGER, BUT I CAN NEVER SEEM TO NOTICE SIGNIFICANT SCALP GROWTH.

Mine don't. My hair grows at a pretty good rate but my nails grow super fast. I can cut them off today and this time next week they will almost be the same length again. I wish my hair grew like my nails.

I don't think they grow at the same rate. Nails grow fast but they have a terminal growth. My nails grow fast but if I didn't cut them for a year they wouldn't be six inches!!! But I think it takes the same amount of energy and protien to grow them because although nails don't grown as long they are thicker

Both my hair and nails grow very good. My nails are hard, strong and in good condition, I just choose to keep them cut short.
