Ive never heard of good bacteria.......? :look:

Biotin is also great..... so is horsetail and silica! (Of course, the Nioxin includes all of that, but in case you wanted a little bit extra....)

Sounds good otherwise! No such thing as "too much" in my book.

To simplify, you might want to look for:
-EFA combos that include flax and primrose (and possibly other sources like fish oil, borage oil, etc.)
-A good multivitamin that covers all the b vitamins and includes enzymes (I'm not sure exactly what enzymes you are interested in, though. Multis with enzymes usually only cover the baiscs)

Ive been reading around that enzymes are good for digestion, and the good bacteria is for my digestive systems general well being.

I like takingmy prim and flax seperately, i wouldn't get a combo of efa's. What brand would you ladies rec/ iwas between natures plus or solaray

You should look at Bargello's regimen as a guide. She has all the basic vits you need and then you can add extra if you want. I will post the list when I get it.
