Last week I purchased some Soft Sheen Carson Breakthru shampoo. I finally used it last night and the shampoo was watery. It just ran though my fingers and it didnt have a gel like consistency. I'm so mad right now becuase I purchased it at the Asian BSS and I dont not have the reciept.
