Maybe it's my imagination but it seems as though whenever someone chops a lot of inches off either for blunt ends, to combat breakage, uneven ends or perhaps a bad stylist's or DH gave a 'trim' 
, thei hair grows back so quickly! It appears healthier and longer than before! You went from 4 to 1 in Aug of 2009 and then to 5 over the course of 4 months! That's just amaaaaaaaaazing....
