Amazing progress. I don't have much to say that hasn't already been said: healthy, thick, gorgeous, etc. Keep it up, you'll hit waist length in no time!

Sometimes I do a flat twist out. It's the fastest thing to do. I used to do rod sets with flexi rods but it was a lot of work for something that only lasted me a day or two.
