Yeah, that's what I did today. Last night I went groccery shopping and bought breakfast food (yogurt and instant oatmeal) so that I would make sure to take my vitamins. :)

Hey Soror!

I just take a regular ole multivitamin:
Spring Valley (Walmart Brand) Women's One Daily High Potency Mulitivitamin/ Multimineral Supplement with Calcium, Iron, & Zinc.

I take Biotin (2 of these a day) Thompson brand 800 mcg/pill. The label states "high potency"

I just started taking Silica Gel this week. I take this and aloe vera juice in the evenings when I get home from work mixed in my V8 Splash.

That's it.
 
I won't, I promise. Though I was thinking I wish my FI wasn't bowling so he could take pictures of me relaxing my hair. Yes, I am officially a nut :nuts:

:lachen: I guess I am thinking of ladies that take a LOT of supplements. To me mine is not a lot. My biotin pills are so small. Probably about this size O. (You should have seen me holding the pill up to the screen to make the right size.) :lol:

The liquid stuff in the evenings is probably the only thing. The silica gel is well a gel. It's thick, which is why I mix it with the V8 Splash. That hides the thickness from me.

I'm scared of the silica b/c some of the comments. I might order my PHYTO from there 33 days left just makes me want to dance

Is that coupon code for $6 off or should it be $10 off? Shipping is free with all phyto product at hb. I input the coupon code and it said $54 after coupon discount. I wanted to double check if that is correct before I buy... I hope that coupon code still works by the time I buy. I won't relax for another 2 months.
