I picked this product up off of your suggestion. I actually do really like it!! :D Sometimes I mix it w/ my conditioner too when I do WnGs.

Man, you have some gorgeous hair! I'll admit I like to stalk your fotki. :) When you do a wng, how long until you wash again?

Thanks for the complements ladies. I'll put the rest of the pics in my fotki when I get time.

Cichelle.....thank you. I can usually get it to last 3-4 days then I co-wash but I re-wet or do a rinse during that time to freshen it up. I love your bun with hair sticks. That's one of my favorite styles!

Pokahontas, your hair is getting prettier and prettier everytime I see it.

I'm starting back with the noodlehead too this summer!

I wonder if I could get third or forth day hair. As you know, I usually cowash daily, but I'm going out of town next month and won't be comfortable dominating someone's shower all morning. I think I'm going to give this Noodlehead a try. I can get it at Sally's, right?

One more Q: Do you use a spray bottle to rewet? or do you just put water on your hands and smooth over?

Umm...I need the link to your fotki. :)

You are welcome!

Sorry, I closed it for now...was getting some stupid notes and stuff. I'll let you know when I will open it back up. Thanks for asking, though. :p

Yes it's at Sally's. I usually use a spray bottle and if I feel I need it I'll add a bit more product. To keep the style at night I just use two duckbill clips and clip my hair back into a low ponytail and throw on my satin scarf (it's big enough to cover all of my hair) then I slide the clips out. The next day I just take off the scarf and shake out the curls. This has been working great for me.

Can I just jump in here a minute?

I don't cowash daily anymore since I found a new way of moisturizing my hair, its been great.

At night after I moisturize with Giovanni leave-in and a little Oyin whipped butter on my ends, I do about 4 pin curls and then use my scarf. In the morning, I undo the pincurls and fluff out. I use a little more Giovanni and a little Oyin again smooth it though and go. It leaves my hair soft, moist and frizz-free. (see the last pick in my siggy---my hair is dry here and this picture was takened at the end of the day, and no oil was added)

I know you don't like using products in your hair to much, but I think the noodlehead is good if you are going to do CW's/WnG's.

HTH somewhat! :look:

Thank you, Cichelle. That's ok...I know, I didn't say anything to anyone about it. I will most certainly let you know. Thanks again!

When my hair grows up like yours, I'll be doing my hair like this too....:D

Very pretty wng, Pokahontas! I was wondering if Noodlehead is a creamy or watery leave-in? do you think it can be used on 4a hair?

Hmmm.....that sounds like an interesting method. I may give that a try. Your results are beautiful. Do the pin curls help stretch the curls out a bit?

My next experiment is to cross wrap my WNG. Someone said it helps shrinkage. I'm a little scared though because I don't want flat curls.

Thank you. Yes I think it can be used on 4a hair. It's creamy and has lots of slip so it makes the hair easy to detangle.

Actually, yes it does. It gives more of a 'wave' effect than curlies. My hair shrinks so bad after I wet it, so doing it this way makes it look better to me, IMO.

I think doing pincurls on your hair would look fabulous. Try it and see.

Make sure when you put the moisture in your hair, massage it in really good all the way down to the ends and then, twist, twist, twist and then pincurl it. I don't use any bobbypins or anything...I just tuck the ends under the pincurl and it stays nice. Then, I put my scarf on.
