My new curl lifesaver!!

I was having some trouble finding something to put in my hair to hold the curls without making them frizzy and i finally have something! I mix Kids Organics Shea Butter Detangling Moisturizing Lotion with Fantasia Olive Gel and it holds the curls while keeping my hair moistured! It's a life saver so now I don't look like a frizzball!!

Hey Danigurl, I'm glad you found something that works for your hair!! As a new curly it can sometimes be frustrating finding what works on your curls.

Now you done gave me an idea to try this too, not that I have any problems with frizz right now, but just to see how it works on my hair too. I don't have the fantasia olive one, so I'll be more than likely trying this out with the blue one instead. Thanks!

I'm glad it worked because I couldnt find the Long Aid so if this combo didnt work, i was definately going to go back to braids.. already lol

Oooh, I just happen to have both products!! I was going to post that the IC Olive Styling Gel is more moist than the one for color treated hair. I did a google to see if any one else posted about the Olive Gel and I found your post.

So do you just mix the two together in your hands and then apply or one on top of another.... ?

This is so true... if this works it will be a great inexpensive alternative to some of the products I've been finding while googling on kinky curl definition. Most products are mega crazy expensive!! Like that Miss Jessies, that's highway robbery!

After I get out the shower and my hair is still wet I put the Shea Butter Detangler on first then Olive Gel and then a little bit more detangler
