What do you mean by whispy? I think I know and if so i'm right there with you but I want to be sure. I know that on my sides and back I have coils bu on the ends and in the front (which has a looser more wavy texture) its not coily but maybe "whispy" especially after airdrying. I think for me it may be because my ends are not in as great shape as the rest of my hair since starting this journey...

Mine is very wavy and slightly curly in the nap. I'm interested to see where I stand around Christmas. I've also got some quick growing hair. I'm really shocked at how much new growth I have 4 months in. I guess I'm used to relaxing at first new growth!

I say whispy because its not like cotton. You pull it and it springs back as well. The hair itself has a flyaway quality. Maybe its not the best word, but thats all I could come up with.
Im just excited!
