Reecie, I love the highlights! They turned out nice!! Do you frequent the Aveda salon for other hair services, like shampooing or relaxing?

This visit was my first experience with Aveda. I didn't like how she styled my hair though.. . Now that I'm a DIYer, I hate having other people touch my hair and it never comes out as nice as when I do it myself. In all honesty, Aveda shampoos and conditioners do nothing for my hair.

Hmmm...if I make APL by June (fingers crossed), I may just treat myself to some highlights. I was considering dying my hair with Bigen to cover my pesky grays, but I'm not going to now that I know there's nothing you can do after dying it black. I guess I'll go back to using a rinse after every relaxer.
