my hairzing is tangled!

Ok so about two days ago i was removing my hairzing to straighten it up and put it on again and it got tangled. I have been trying for 2 days to fix it but I just cant seem to figure out how.

Do you think they will mail me another one or I will have to pay for a replacement if I cant fix it?

My medium sized one get hella tangled all the time. That's the only thing I don't like about it. A bunch of times I've had to sit there for an hour trying to fix the thing. I usually end up making it worse. It's a little frustrating. Mine is still twisted but I just wear it like that, it's not too bad. The other one dosen't tangle at all.

I think they might replace it but you'd probably have to send the one you have back. Someone from hairzing is a member here maybe you could pm them.
