I just measured my hair after 30 days of getting a relaxer and realised that my new growth in most parts of my head is over 1 inch long

. In some areas the new growth was just half an inch. I am soooo excited about this development. I just felt like sharing.

Re: My hair grew more than 1 inch in 30 days

I changed my vitamin regimen and started to mix defatted soya (soy) beans granules with my food. I also drink a blend of apple, carrot, ginger and beetroot occasionally. I wash and deep condition my hair mainly once a week or sometimes twice a week. I hardly expose my hair, just been wearing wigs daily. This is what I've been doing and recently my whole scalp has been quite sore due to the new growth spurt but am not complaining

Yes I have to admit that exercise does give the growth an extra kick.

Thanks, I just recieved my Orbitrek Pro from Thanes Direct so I'll be including exercise to my regimen soon. Sorry, I forgot to include my vitamin regimen :
Omega H3 multi vitamin /multi mineral 1 daily,
Flaxseed oil 500mg,
EPO 1000mg,
Biotin 6mg,
Cystein 500mg,
Horse tail (silica) 500mg,
B5 1000 mg,
Digestive enzymes 4 tablets daily.
I have 4a/b hair type and my monthly hair growth usually was 1/4 (quater) of an inch. So that's why I'm so excited.

Congratulations! There seems to be something about the soybeans that I need to explore more.

Aren't soybeans packed with protein?
