Okay ladies she e-mailed me back with her reggie! Here it is:
*Main regi: cowash hair and detangle in shower and put it in a ponytail or messy bun
Staples (Products I always use no matter how much I change my regi)
• VO5 Moisture Milks Conditioner (includes passion fruit & strawberries and cream)-used for co-washes and sometimes I will use a small amount as a leave in
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Extra Virgin and Organic Coconut oil
• Fantasia IC – Olive Styling Gel w/Sparkle Lites (I use on frizzy edges only to lay my hair down when styled up)
Other products I like to use:
• Unrefined shea butter
• Aussie moist conditioner
• Honey (mixed with conditioner and oils for deep condition)
• Cinnamon (mix w/ conditioner-makes my scalp tingle and I like it for deep condition)
• Coconut milk (mix w/ conditioners or I just rinse my hair with it mixed with water)
• Ayurvedic powders/oils occasionally
• Biosilk silk therapy: only when I flat iron hair
• Mousse (anykind) – only for wearing hair down natural, it holds my curls really well.
New products (have tried for less than 1 month)
• Herbal Essence long term relationship leave in – I like it so far. I put a little in my hair after I cowash and then I put my hair up.
In the last 8 months
• Co-wash VERY frequently (helps detangle my hair and does improve my moisture because I’m wetting my hair constantly/WATER=MOISTURE)
o DISCLAIMER: may want to limit frequent co-washes if relaxed b/c hair is most fragile wet
• Wear my hair up (in ponytail or messy bun)-90% of the time (this has helped preserve my ends-protective styling)
• April 09-Dec 09-I have only used shampoo on my hair twice!(only b/c I felt like I had a little build-up due to products) –(this has SAVED my hair from DRYNESS)
• Heat: I flat iron my hair 1-4 times per year – (Don’t like too much heat-has also saved my ends)
• Trims
o March 09 (Spring Break): cut a total of 2inches (This was because I originally got around 1 inch off, but I did it curly and I didn’t get it how I wanted …so I asked my mom to fix it and she cut off about a ½ inch but I still wasn’t satisfied…so then I asked my boyfriend to do it and he took off another ½ inch.
o Then when I returned to school ….I took off another ½ inch off the front of my hair because I wanted the front to be shorter.
o August 09: Blow dried hair on cool and took off 1 inch
o Nov. 09: Dusted ends (loss was insignificant)
o Dec 09: flat ironed hair and friend removed bad ends (dry ends and splits but not sure how much). Then I took off like ½ inch -1 inch in the front of my hair only –
o Deep condition when I feel like it but I’m trying to make it a once a week thing under the dryer

LOL Same here! Her and my sister are the only people who understand my passion for my hair. But once I take out my weave and my other friends see that I'm on the grow they instantly become interested..lol
