My Caruso is not steaming!

I am so pissed, my Caruso is not steaming like it should! I have had it since October, now I have to send the damn thing back, and wait 4-5 weeks to get a new one!

I had to return the first one that I bought. It didn't steam at all.

Same with mine...the first time I tried to use it, the stupid thing wouldn't work at all.

Then again, I have one of the really old ones from about 6 years ago, that one works great!

I bought mines from the beauty supply store and I haven't had any problems with it.
