My Birthday BC!!!

Well I finally took the plunge after transitioning for 8 1/2 months and chopped it all off on 21 July as a present to myself I was going to try and make it to the 1 year mark but once I got my DH on board and he said "baby do your thang" I was sitting in the stylist chair the next day

My DH has never seen me with hair this short but it will grow on him...no choice

I'm very happy with the end result. I've been out and about with it and I love it. I'm a bit style challenged as to what I can do with it but I'll be playing in it and trying to figure it out.

Side-note: The person who did my BC was a stylist and she blow it out and then straightened it...big no no and a lesson learned...I think I got heat damage in a few places, had it cut out today.

Thanks to all the natural heads and the inspiration you have provided.
