Well if it's that color in your pic, LOVE IT! That's like my signature shade! It just takes FOREVER to get that for my hair with henna!

Thank you ajargon! I told my husband while I had that green goup in my hair.. "It PAYS BIG TIME to preserve my sexy!" 5 hours seemed like an eternity b/c i was so exited to see the color that would turn out. Next time I'm going to try and leave it on for an hour longer to get that "henna bling" everyone keeps raving about.

You know. I thought for SURE that all those lemons would make my hair dry but it didnt! I attest this to having a thin layer of coconut oil in my hair from 3 days prior to doing my henna that I didn't wash out. PLUS with doing my DC under a heated dryer for 45 min made a world of difference. I did that henna last Tuesday and today is Saturday and my hair feels AND LOOKS THICK AS ALL GETOUT (which is exactly what i wanted!). Its very soft b/c I put on coconut oil the next morning after I henna'ed and bunned my ends. My ends are still bunned.

Tip:
I recommend not washing your hair at least 7 days before you do Henna otherwise you may risk that drying effect that others refer to. Also, apply a small amont of coconut or EVOO at least a day before you Henna.
