I decided to take a pic of my airdried hair this morning and update my fotki and I was really surprised because I didn't think my hair had really grew since my november pic until I put them together and looked (pics in my siggy 1st one 11-3-06 2nd one 2-22-07). So I called my husband to the computer to look at it and he pointed out the difference in my back and arms on both pics saying I had trimmed down some and was becoming more defined and you know I was grinnin from ear to ear:D because the six weeks with my drill sergeant:orders: I mean personal trainer has really started paying off. Not only that but all the great info and advice I get here is working wonders for my hair, thank you ladies:kiss:. Now I'm double excited and even more motivated to have bsl hair swingin with a bangin body to match this year:yay:!
 
Wow, that's great progress! What is your hair regimen?
 
Dang girlie ! That's noticeable growth in 3 mos...and that aint no easy feat....what are you doing ? Taking ?

Thanks ladies! As for my hair regimen I wash once a week usually on friday or satuday (and clarify once or twice a month with aloe rid and ACV rinses) afterwards deep conditioning (alternating between moisture and lite protein but always following my protein with a moisturizer). I apply a leave-in which I recently started using NTM silk touch leave-in and fell in love, seal the ends with an oil and tie on a silk scarf. I don't put my hair in a bun or ponytail wet but after it dries that's how I wear it and I moisturize 1 or 2 times a day with the NTM or profective healthy ends and seal. I stretch every 12 to 14 wks and only use heat once in that time frame when I go to the salon after relaxing.

I'm not good with sticking with my vitamins but when I remember I take a multi, msm, B complex, flax, and biotin. I do drink plenty of water though, use my juicer everyday, and workout 4 to 5 times a day along with eat pretty healthy and adding ground flax to whatever I can think of when I eat.
