My 2 week Hair Update (pic inside)

I've been dying to do an update.

I believe my hair has grown a little, or more likely I think it has because I'm stretching it lol. Maybe I need to invest in those lil t-shirts that tells you what you've reached. I'm bored so thought I'd just share my hair journey... even if I did just start it 2 weeks ago. Everybody loves a bit of hair porn right :grin:

Well my starting pics are in my avatar. Tonight I combed my hair in sections and plaited it. When I did that.. I was like woah gurllllllllll :look: I think you have some growth, so I took a pic and thought I'd share it.

Maybe I'm just being delusional, I mean for years I used to follow people in a little Yellow car *Kanye Shrug* MEh... but that's not the point. Anyhuu my hair does feel gooooood. And I just thought I'd share my happiness with Ya'll :drunk:

Don't worry my next update will be in like 6 months lol. I don't plan to fill you guys in every 2 weeks.

So far my regimen is pretty simple.

I Pop those pills baybeeeeeeeee :grin:. I've always had a poor diet, So taking vitamins has probs been the best change for me. I take Multibionta - Probiotic Multivitamin by Seven Seas:

I deep condition once a week. (well, I've done that twice so far, but still take note)

Every night I use Castor Oil.

I moisture daily. - Co Wash every 3-5 days.

Bada bing Bada boom...

I got this... Mamma... I got this.

I think if you posted again, in say, a month with comparison pics, you might get more of a response.

ETA: Did you get your car fixed?
 
So I can no longer take ANYTHING you say seriously after that yellow car thing...but I find you hilarious more than anything else.

but moving on....two weeks is nothing. It is very, VERY rare to see growth in that short of a time period. Also, make sure your pics are from the same angle, or use a ruler, or don't do a pic of your hair curly and then one of a braid...you see where I am going with this. But if you see growth, who am I to tell you otherwise?

@Bulletproof - lol.

I was really excited when I started my Hair Journey, hence my 2 week update. But ever since discovering hair can only grow 0.5-1 inch a month.. I don't check my hair growth. I'll probs measure it in 6 months, or 8. And do a proper update in a years time.

What I have been doing is trying out new protective styles.

My bun isn't that high, it's in the middle. I was in a rush to take the pic, I didn't have time to use my nice camera or pose for Ya'll... sorry.

Hope that was a good enough update. :grin:
