Well, you ladies have done it once again! My hair has been growing so fast and I have the pics to prove it!

Now, Can someone please give me some pointers on getting rid of that infamous "W"? Although, it may be hereditary as my mother's hair grows the same way.
 
Your hair is growing nicely! What I would do is just let it keep growing out and gradually even it out with light trims.

Yep, you got a good thing "growing, um...going" there!

I would say let your hair continue to grow out a few more inches before you cut the "W" and when you do, have your mom or someone you trust to cut it even for you.

If you trim it once and keep it trimmed once a month, you won't lose as much length.

Only way to get rid of that is with a pair of scissors. Besides that, Great progress!!!

You've made tremendous progress...you should be very proud of yourself. I would wait it out and see how much that 'W' catches up to the rest of your hair. If it doesn't catch up, then just gradually trim your hair.
