My 1 yr of progress

Well it will be a year next month on LHCF, but I started taking pictures in Jan. 2008. I had a lot of setbacks along the way, but found a solid regime in July 2008. I went from NL-SL in early 2008 to APL in 2009. Here's the pictures I have so far:
