Must I use a moisturizer after GBP?

I'm getting over a cold and want to do the GPB/LUST combo but am so drained. Isn't GPB enough?

i use the GPB by itself when i use it. i've never had a problem.

I never use a moisturizer after GBP either.

Same here. GBP by itself has always been enough!
