This is a fairly new bandwagon so I don't think there's many people who have been using it for more than a couple of months.

I have been using it for about 2-2/1/2 months.
My hair has grown just over 3 inches in that time. That is definately more than usual for me.

I don't do anything to mask the smell, it's really not that bad to me. I apply on a clean scalp and there is no smell left behind. I wash and reapply twice a week. Three times if I'm good.

I have not noticed a change in my hair texture. My hair hasn't changed for the better or worse. My hair is soft and healthy and that hasn't changed.

I ordered online from Shapleys.com the first time but now I purchase from a saddelry store near my home.

*What is your monthly growth? At first I thought that nothing was happening to my hair, as far as growth was concerned; but now I can see that I have about a ½ inch of wavy hair at my roots. **crosses fingers** I'm hoping that it's new growth. **please let it be new growth**

*What do you mix with it to calm down the smell? Uh, nothing...I kind of like the smell. I do, however, use Sulfur 8 hair grease in between MTG applications.

*Has it changed your hair texture? YES!!!

*If it has changed your hair texture, then how? I'm loving my braid outs like never before. My braid outs are more wavy and full. Before, my braid outs were stringy looking. My hair is no longer dry, and the shedding and breaking has diminished considerably, too! I'm the opposite of some other MTG users. They get so much new growth that they need touch ups much more quickly. I, on the other hand, love the way that my hair is feeling/looking/performing and a touchup is the furthest thing from my mind right now. But that's just me.

*Where do you purchase your MTG? I ordered my bottle from Shapley's.

I would also like to know what everyone is getting per month in EXCESS of what they usually get. I think a few people have noted getting approx 1 inch per month but I am not quite sure how much of an increase that is. Also, has anyone used it on their hairline with success? This area is the HARDEST for me to grow. I mean, it's not budging, at ALL. If M-T-G can make it grow back, I'm in.

LONDONDIVA AND TAMIKA have comparison pics of the growth they received since using MTG. There are also testimonies by some members here about how much growth they got. I think I read some say they got 1/2inch the first two weeks and some say 1 inch or more a month into using it. God bless you all.

This stuff is incredible. I just started using it 2 weeks ago and I already got more than a half inch. I took before pictures that are in my album. I just might do a 2 week update to show yall. The texture has not changed .I don't use anything for the smell.

I just ordered MTG to give it a try, I don't think it's really changing hair texture, it's probably giving the utmost of the hair type you already have.

I just started MTG on 6/13, so I can't tell if anything is happening yet. I will give you my honest opinion July 13th if I feel this product is working! I'm glad everyone complained about the smell, When I got it I thought I would open it and faint but, I'm still standing. The smell is really not that bad, plus I put mine on in the day time so the wind can kinda blow the sausage odor out of my hair. If I turn into a horse, please tell my family my favorite foods are fish and four chicken wings and fried rice.
