MT and MTG

Hello Ladies,
I recently starting using MTG but I keep reading all these great reviews on MT.
Do you think these two products can be used together?
I really want to try MT but I do not want to stop using MTG because I have not been using it too long and want to make sure I give it enough time to see results.
Since MT is a shampoo I dont think it should be a problem...right????

MT is a conditioner. You can use both on alternating days

Stick with MTG for awhile. I used both and found that the shedding from MT was too much for me. Both of the products worked the same.
