Has anyone experience an interruption in their menstrual cycle as a result of taking MSM regularly?
Hey that was a hot topic last year. I am sure that it is in the search feature you may want to try that.
There were some that stopped using it. There were others who said that it went back to normal after their
body got used to it. As always check with your doctor too, on stuff like that.

This is a search using msm for 1year.

Been taking for about a month now, and just saw this thread, and realized, this was my first cycle since taking MSM, and it was lighter! Good for me, I was thinking about having a surgery for immobilization to stop the heavy flow. This is great! I will keep you posted. No cramps either!

When I was taking it last year, I didn't have a period for like 2 months, I stopped taking it for fear of becoming pregnant and not knowing because of just not having a period. Now that I am celebate, I am back on it and hoping for the same results.

I have been taking MSM for about a year, and "she" still shows up on time, every month, when she is due!
