hey guys, I just started taking MSM on the 8th, I put a bit in a 1 litre bottle of water and drink it throughout the day, I was wondering whether this would dilute it too much and lessen the effects?

Also

Last night I had the strangest, most weirdest dream ever... i'm still a lil shaken. In my dream I could hear my ex-friend/ roommate screaming my name asking for help like she was in intense pain or something outside my room, and I was trying to get up from my bed and was trying to say " wats up, whats wrong, come in" but I couldn't speak or move, it was like I was paralysed... it was sooo scary b/c I actually felt paralysed. Then I woke up all shook and my bf was like "wats, up" and I asked him if he heard anyone calling me.... and he look at me like  but I really thought it was real... I'm so glad that he was with me or else I probably would have been crying the rest of the night and still think it really happened... I'm scared to go to sleep now :( ... I had another dream straight after but can't really remember what that was about... Can I expect these to stop. Using I like dreaming and don't mind nightmares but last night sure weren't no regular dream:cool:

If you did have a sensation of being paralyzed, the brain immobilizes skeletal muscle when you sleep to keep you from injuring yourself if you have a nightmare. This is especially useful if you are having a fight in your dream or something else traumatic so you won't "act it out." REM (Rapid Eye Movement) is the stage of sleep where we dream. Sometimes other parts of your mind wake up before your muscles do.

I don't think so, but i can't take the taste (girl how do u do it in water? ) so I just put however much i am going to take (1/4 tsp) in a small amount of juice, drink it--and be done. :)

hi there,

you described an OBE (OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE)
I get them once a week since i was 5years old!!!!

when i started taking MSM my obe's increased dramatically

research it,

Yes, MSM definitely does give one more vivid, lifelike dreams, especially if you take it near bedtime. I think it's pretty cool!
