If you add Ester C into the mix it will be easily absorbed. That was the recommendation I have been following.

Cholet112 New Member Oct 20, 2006 #7 Im not sure if its the MSM or the Biotin, but the skin on my face has gotten baby soft, and I have a glow thats off the wall. Im taking the pills, and maybe after I finish my bottle I will try the powder.
