Following the idea of someone who does the same,
I realized today that adding MSM to my purified water {PUR water filter} really improves the taste of the water
. I also know I will not receive all of my MSM to help my hair growth unless I swallow the entire first quart, less likely to forget too. I had stopped taking all supplements except my multi-vitamin for the first few weeks of Colonix, now I take them all again. Try it, makes that required water much more tempting.
