MSM??? C'mon hair nerds! hehehe

I was doing a search on this but too many threads came up. Can someone please tell me what MSM is and where I can get some. I've kinda seen it thrown in when discussing MTG so I guess its something along those lines. I am looking for something to speed up growth to my short bangs and my front hairline in general.

MSM has a host of health benefits, but it never increased my hair growth. I think most people take it internally and a few use it topically.

Same here......... it may have loosened my new growth (still unsure about that), but it didnt contribute to faster growth.
