MSM..Best Brand??

MSM Users, what's the best brand? I want to start taking it and I want to try to get the most effective brand.

Hey Nikki,

I use the Swanson vitamin's brand (1500 mg) and they work well for me. I thought the brand didn't matter- just the mgs per bottle.

I used to use Vitamin World MSM powder. Now I use Source Naturals MSM powder. I don't see or feel a difference. The only reason I changed brands is because Source Naturals costs less.

yup. seems as though powder is more potent. 3/4 teasponn is equivalent to 3,000mg

bumping !!! I am interesting in starting to use MSM and I am looking for some info on which is the best brand to use and if the powder or the crystals are preferred.
