Just wondering after using Motions CPR do I have to follow up with a moisturizing conditioner?

I think we should always moisturize and definitely following any type of protein.

Thank you for your reply debyjay! I guess I was trying to see if I could cut some corners somewhere lol

I will stick with using a moisturizing conditioner afterwards

Hi Dandy

I use CPR very frequently (CPR poo followed by CPR conditioner). I've never followed it with a moisturizing conditioner. CPR is a light protein treatment

; it's harmless. In fact, my hair has at times felt more moisturized with CPR

than it has with Motions Moisture Plus (my fav conditioner).

Let ur hair be the judge. If it's feeling dry with no "umph", then follow with a moisturizing conditioner.

I have used Motions CPR without a moisturizing conditioner afterward.

Since learning that it is a protein conditioner, I would like to try it again and follow-up with a moisturizing conditioner and see what the difference might be.

Oh, I forgot to mention, I sometimes add EVOO to CPR conditioner.

I agree with Peachtree, I found CPR quite moisturising and I didn't need tollow it up with a moisturising conditioner. Like Peachtree, I also used to add EVOO to it.
