More Miconazole Nitrate questions

I read the thread on using Miconazole Nitrate 2% on the scalp for hair growth (Monitstat or Neosporin AF). I found a product at my job called Aloe Vesta Fungal, that is miconazole 2% as the main ingredient, however the inactive ingredients are Aloe Extract, Light mineral oil, petrolatum, and purified water. THe texture of the product is very light, but I wonder would the mineral oil and petrolatum counteract the growing process?? Does monitstat or the neosporin have these ingredients also??

I know monistat doesn't. i have never found neosporin af where i live. I would steer clear of mineral oil.
