I was just about to print out my hair care and workout calenders for the new month and decided to post them here for anyone interested.

:)

Happy Hair Growing.

p.s. Do you guys thinks its crazy that some of us even go through the trouble to document our hair care on calenders. :look: :)

HoneyDew, you're not crazy girl! I document every single thing I do to my hair on a calendar and I document it in a "hair journal" also. This is about the only way that I can be consistent with everything good I do to my hair. Also it helps me stay on point with my regimen;)

Hey soror, I just noticed your avatar. I've been seeing you all this time and never noticed.

Thanks for sharing this. I don't usually document anything but my relaxers, but I think I will try this for 3 months with protein, dustings, etc. :)

Thanks, HoneyDew. Last time I printed them, kept them up for three months then stopped. I know better now to document, document, document. I hate when my hair is great or awful then cannot recall what caused the greatness/awfulness!

Thanks I've been thinking about documenting. I had a journal but was never consistent in writing about my regimen. I'm going to do better this year.

Hey Soror! You have some beautiful hair girl!;)

Thanks!:) You're at a good starting pt., and will be at APL before you know it.

@HoneyDew, I downloaded the schedule and put today's hair care on it. Let's see how long I last. Knowing me, I'll forget all about it by next week. Sad, just sad.:lachen:

I always document everything on a calendar...touchups, trims, poo/dc,etc. It's a great way for me to keep up, instead of alway forgetting and second guessing myself.:D

P.S. Speaking of Calendars, it's a shame that the only calendar we have here is Jan2007. Has anyone else noticed that?

Not at all. I've been doing it for years (keeping track of relaxer touch-ups, hennalucent (when I used it), permie color (when I used it), trims, cuts and other important hair care stuff. :)

Hun, I'll send it to you via email.

I totally document my hair regimen. I write down and plan out what products I will use, keep track of relaxers and trims. I frequently refer to my LHCF journal and I even keep little notepads around to write down hair revelations and thoughts.

Glad to hear I am not the only one! Doing this has actually helped me learn more about my hair. I see some patterns in the time I need this treatment or that treatment. I jot down my exercising on the same calendar, as well
