My mother is interested in growing her hair out. She has fine hair and her current length is a few inches past her ears. Thanks!

I would tell her the start out with just increasing the amount of times that she wash her hair to twice a week. Do co washes. Look for a leave in conditioner like Neutrogena or Infusium. Start on a simply vitamin regime like Centrium, biotin, and b complex (she can build from here). Keep the her covered at night with a silk bonnet and use a wide tooth comb. Try not to manipulate the hair alot. Just start out with a simple regime.

Yeah dannie_19. My mother has seen my hair grow so much in the past year and I'm glad she has shown an interest in growing hers!
