Moisturized hair?

What are the actual signs that your hair is fully moisturized? This might sound like a simple question but what exactly are the signs and how can u tell the diffreence from when its dry? Does it have more of a slip or does it glide through the comb?

For me, when moisturized,
-it's black. When dry it's brownish
-it's soft. When dry it's hard & strawlike
-it's lustrous. When dry it's dull
-I can finger comb. When dry it tangles easily
-it's full of body & volume. When dry it's stiff

Ditto! I also want to add when my hair is moisturized, it has elasticity and is very pliant. It has sheen.

When dry, my hairs can snap off easily!

When mine is really moisturized I get NO breakage at all!
When mine is dry I get some breakage and it looks dull.

When it's soft, manageable & shiny, my hair is moisturized.

Whey it's hard, hard to style & dull, it's usually dry.
