Has anyone used this part of the jocio line?

I need a moisturizing conditoner and I can't seem to choose between this and Kenra MC.:ohwell: I haven't used either but, I've heard they are both good.:wallbash:However I dont have the means to buy both after doing all that christmas shopping:nono:

Is it really moisturizing?

Does it leave slip?

Has any natural heads tried it?

How does it smell?

Thanks ladies:yep:

Hi,

I have not used the JMR, but I have tried the KMC, went through the whole bottle and my hair is still dry, dry, dry, no improvement at all... I decided not to buy another bottle since it is not cheap and I did not see any difference... I ordered the JMR and I should get it in the mail soon... KMC, is very popular, and well liked by a lot of ladies... but for me I did not see it and did not want to spend more money on it... I am trying other salon products... and if after using the whole bottle, I don't see some improvement, then I will keep trying until I find one that will at least do a little bit of something:ohwell:...

HTH... I am relaxed

I've been using Joico K-PAK Intense Hydrating Treatment for the last month and I love it. It's actually the first product I've loved in a while (that includes Kenra). I DC dry with heat for 20 minutes and it helps detangle and moisture and it stays that way for a few days.

I've added this product to my list of regulars. I haven't tried many of the others but I did try moisture recovery and wasn't impressed.

ETA:
I'm texlax'd and I didn't notice a bad smell. It smelled fine.

I love this product! I have both lines. I love the Jocio Moisture Recovery Condish, I use it as my co wash conditioner, it leaves my hair very soft, gives good slip and smells heavenly.

I use Kenra as my deep conditioner.

Dont sleep on Kenra though, it is very moisturizing, and is a great deep conditioner. If You can try both I would recommend it!! I like them both equally.

OMG!!!!!

Joico, Joico, Joico, Joico, Joico.

I've used the condish and it is soooooooo good. My hair improved 100% and I stopped using my other products. There was no need. Soft, shiny and healthy.

Please, just ask me or any of the other Joico gang members (Artemis_e)

We even have our own gang sign!

Once you go Joico, you won't want anything else, promise:yep::yep:

I have this on my head RIGHT now. I love it. It makes my hair strong and and soft.

I know not every TJMaxx carries the same items- especially beauty items, but my local TJMaxx has huge bottles of the Joico Moisture Recovery for $14.00. I've never used it but I'm assuming that it costs more than that regular retail, so if you have a Maxx near you should pop in just to check it out.

Lets put it this way. I am 4 a/b I am almost on point for 6 months post. I used KMC on sunday to DC. My newgrowth is out of control. My tight z's are all in the middle of my head. My newgrowth feels soft as hell.
I have only re moisturized my hair once in prep for my relax this sunday.

I used porosity control And also did a CwC with a oil rinse first off the bat.

I did the oil rinse 1st than porosity control than deep con with the MC under hooded dryer for 30 minutes.

I used f619 and rusk smoother than sealed with evoo.

I did not use a poo because i had just washed my hair on wednesday with ors aloe so it was still clean enough to not need poo.

I will be upgrading to a big bottle of KMC

I will, and once I get the moisture/protein balance correct within my hair... I will use the Kenra again...

If you decide with the JMR, please post your results...

Joico Lover from the Southside representing....:}but foreal I have used the Kpak line, the Moisture Recovery Line, and the Silk Result Line. They all do what they claim to do. The smell of the Moisture Recover Condisioner is heavenly, (cannot say that for Kpak though but it is soooo good for your hair.). The mositure recovery balm is the truth. It leaves a lot of slip. If you try it and dont like it I am sure that you will find somebody on here (me) that would buy it from you. Joico is highly recommended IMHO

As a natural head I need all the moisture I can get. Therefore I've decided to go with the jocio line.

Thanks ladies for your help :yep:

I've used Joico Moisture Recovery Treatment Balm, and I loved it!!!! It's very moisturising and gives a lot of slip!! I'm thinking about buying it again! :drunk:

I forgot to add.

Before using the KMC i was in protien overload even while in my plaits (i new what caused it, i tried out 2 new deep cons)
Anyway i have used the KMC twice and no more lil broken hairs. I noticed this after the first try while still in plaits. My second time was after taking out my plaits so it has reversed my overload.
