MN vs. Neosporin-Which Is Better?

Ladies, I've read so many threads about MN. I even started using a MN mix. I think I've noticed a little growth at the nape. (Looks shaved, you could see my scalp at first. Now I can actually pinch a bit of hair and you can't see my scalp now). Let me add that I just started using MN a week ago. The only problem I have is the itching. I'm almost content with deal with the itch if I can continue to see improvement.

I've also read that several ladies here are using Neosporin. Does it stop the itching? Does it yield the same type of results the MN has?

The main ingredient in Neosporin AF is MN.

MN - Miconazole Nitrate which is the active ingredient in yeast infection cream and Neosporin. IMO you'll get more for your money with the yeast infection cream (Monistat and off brands: Target, Family Dollar ect)

Hi Platinum,
I just started using Neosporin AF 3 weeks ago, and I am surprised by the growth I have achieved so far.

I tried it with a mix of carrot oil and a bit of EEVO but it wasn't as effective as using it by itself.

HOWEVER...the ITCHING is definitely there.....i find myself scratching my head like a dog scratches behind it's ears with it's hind paws....LOL
But the growth is worth it!
