MN vs. MTG

Has anyone ever used MN and did not see any results? I have been using MN for 3mo now and I do not see hardly any results...I'm upset because I was using MTG and I saw 1inch a month...then I jumped on the MN wagon...and now i see nothing..I'm I the only one with this issue? I'm going back to MTG for sure!!
