Mizani perm

Who here uses the mizani perm? I am getting a relaxer this week and I want to use this perm, what are some of the things I should do after perming? Are there any products that you find work best with Mizani (other than the obvious). I haven't had a perm in about 7 months and have been reading and absorbing the info given, but now I am ready and don't want to F---up all of my progress. TIA

I love Mizani! I have fine textured 4b hair. I find that Mizani adequately straightens my hair without robbing it of body and it is O so gentle to my scalp. I hear Mizani doesn't work that well with folks that have coarse resistant hair.

I love Mizani too! I use mild strength. It dosen't burn or irratate my scalp. The only thing I do afterward is moisturize.
