Okay, so I've been reading up on this on LHCF and it seems really good... but is this a regular conditioner or one you just use when you deep condition? Or are people using it as a daily moisturizer?

I use it for my deep conditioning, i've never tried it as a leave-in.

I've used it as an overnight DC. It works well. I've been considering making a leave in using it and water.

I mix it with EVOO and DC with it once a week. Love it!!

I use it as a DC! Overnight. I used it alone to test it and it was great and now I mix it with evoo and coconut oil and it' still great! It's my go-to DC. It's really a great product, really moisturizing. It doesn't give me much slip though, so I have to detangle with something else. But my hair is so soft and truly moisturized when I use it.

DC only, I say. Don't use that as a leave in ...it's quite a bit too heavy for that. Besides, ot too expensive for that purpose, IMHO.

I use the one in the tub just because that's all my local BSS stocked. Didn't even know it came in a bottle until recently.
