do you use everything that comes in the system? i'm at the end of my 10th week of a 12 week stretch and looking to try butter blend. the PJ in me wants to try this so bad and i was looking at reviews and they are encouraging:grin: so do you ladies use all the steps? i'm mainly wondering about the perhececting cream-normalizing conditioner, and the microfusion spray i'm thinking of ordering the trial set from amazon but wanted some feed back before i do, also the trial set is 99.99 on amazon so if you ladies know of any better deal please help a sista out:grin:
p.s also do any of you just use the relaxer and substitute other products for the rest?
TIA

Sent you a PM! I got mine online. I just started doing my hair myself. I got tired of not getting what I was paying for ya know?

I use everything, it is formulated not to skip steps. When you read the instructions, it tells you about the next step. I get mine from ebay :yep: I relax my hair using Londondiva's section method.

My stylist just used the relaxer and it came out great. This was my 1st time using MBB (fine/color-treated) and my hair felt so good and still does (5 weeks post). I am not doubting that the products that accompany the relaxer are not good- but I can recall reading some magazine for Cosmetologists and the Mizani expert was stating how one of the main reasons for having all of these add'l products was for marketing and how it would allow the stylist to charge more for this relaxer as the relaxer alone would not convince people to pay more for it.

Sorry so wordy!!!

now i really cant deceide :lachen:my pockets say i should buy just the relaxer, since i still have a bit of motions neutralizing poo and usually just base with petroleum jelly and protect my already relaxed hair with cheapie conditioner but the PJ in me thinks it wont be as great with out the whole system:perplexed
any other responces ladies?
